    Project Details

TruePoint was engaged to provide high-definition laser scanning services for a grain elevator in Michigan, encompassing an expansive area of approximately 180,000 square feet with structures reaching over 110 feet in height. The primary objective was to capture the as-is conditions of the site, specifically focusing on documenting the bucket elevator legs, fill conveyor bridges, and tower supports. The comprehensive 3D data collected would support the client in performing essential maintenance upgrades and planning future renovations. The data collected provided a precise and detailed representation of the facility, crucial for the client's maintenance and planning needs.
