    Project Details

The F.W. Wagener Building, a 140-year-old brick and timber-framed structure in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, stands as a testament to history. BrownGlaws Contractors embarked on a challenging renovation project to transform the building into the region's premier events center while preserving its rich heritage. Facing significant structural issues and discrepancies in existing drawings, the project required precise as-built measurements and meticulous planning. With the assistance of Liollio Architects and laser scanning contractor Dustin Manning, the team implemented innovative technologies to overcome obstacles and ensure the project's success.
