Buckinghamshire Council's Transport team approached gi Perspective to develop a method for accurately measuring the distance between houses and roads throughout the county. This method would provide a consistent and reliable way to assess the impact of traffic on residential areas. The measurements would be used in traffic impact studies, specifically to evaluate the noise and nuisance caused by commercial vehicle traffic in the region.
