    Project Details

The Silvertown Tunnel, scheduled to open in 2025, aims to address congestion at the Blackwall Tunnel, enhance public transport, and facilitate cross-river bus journeys in East London. Streamlining ground investigations before completion has reduced design and construction costs and optimized the overall construction schedule. Surveying teams needed an efficient solution for capturing images and measuring points during the excavation of over 600,000 square meters of material due to the project's vast scale.
