Ørsted and Eversource are collaborating on the development of the Revolution Wind (REV01) offshore wind farm, aimed at assisting Connecticut and Rhode Island in achieving their ambitious clean energy objectives. In pursuit of this endeavour, Fugro was enlisted to conduct an extensive series of geophysical surveys and geotechnical site investigations. These efforts were undertaken to thoroughly characterize the site and enhance the design and placement of forthcoming wind turbines and associated infrastructure.
