    Flooding has affected the residents of Norfolk, Virginia for decades, but in recent times, it has become a more pressing issue, posing a threat to public safety. FloodMapp was chosen to partner with the City of Norfolk in response to RISE Resilience Innovations' Urban Mobility Resilience Challenge, to address the specific needs and challenges related to flooding in the city.
