    Project Details

TruePoint was commissioned to capture and create an LOD 200 Revit model of the interior of an existing industrial space, soon to be converted into an additional spray booth and robotic system for a liquid coatings manufacturer. The project required expedited 3D laser scanning services for a quick turnaround. The one-story building, measuring 6,500 sq. ft., was surveyed to document various pits, channels, columns, stairs, and piping. The accurate as-built survey was essential for designing the new components to fit seamlessly within the existing space. The resulting 3D BIM model enabled precise and confident design of the spray booth and robotic systems, ensuring proper fit and functionality during installation.
