The project aimed to laser scan two water treatment plants and produce a comprehensive 3D Revit model for an Engineering and Construction Firm. The facilities were undergoing upgrades to enhance efficiency and increase treatment capacity from 300 to 600 million gallons of water per day. The client requested laser scanning and a 3D model to identify discrepancies from outdated as-built record drawings, ensuring accurate planning for facility improvements.
