    Project Details

The goal of the high-rise building project on College Road in the Croydon area of London is to construct the world's tallest modular-built high-rise, consisting of two towers: Tower A (49 stories) and Tower B (34 stories), along with basements. Tower A is planned to include 817 co-living units, while Tower B will feature 120 residential units, a café, and community-use spaces. The main aim is to meet the area's housing needs and improve accessibility by providing residences within walking distance of key areas and public transportation hubs. Leveraging their extensive experience in delivering 4D simulations for similar projects, Tantek 4D has been tasked with managing and executing the complex construction planning for this project.
