Enhancing Powerline Safety and Asset Management using Fugro's ROAMES® Solutions

Fugro was awarded a three-year contract to provide ROAMES® solutions to Energy Queensland in Australia. Energy Queensland, encompassing Ergon Energy Network and Energex, supplied electricity to approximately 2.3 million households across Queensland. The ROAMES® technology offered asset management services to identify and report conductor clearance issues for all overhead powerlines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing the risk of public contact.
