    Project Details

    Haier, together with SuperMap, China's top GIS software provider, talked about challenges in customer service. They concluded that incorporating geographic information processing into their after-sale service system would be the most effective solution to these challenges. To achieve this, SuperMap GIS was integrated with Haier's customer service system, resulting in a more automated and intelligent system.
