Bajaj Finserv, in collaboration with Esri India, implemented a geospatial intelligence solution using the ArcGIS platform to strengthen its risk management and growth strategy within the BFSI sector. Implemented by Geospoc, an Esri India Business Partner, the solution integrates the existing CRM database with Esri’s ArcGIS platform. The organisation enabled location-based assessment of credit risk, identification of delinquency hotspots, and improved visibility into high-potential markets. The initiative also supported more precise customer segmentation and targeted cross-sell and upsell strategies, helping the institution enhance decision-making and expand its footprint more effectively.
