Enhancing Aqueduct Infrastructure Monitoring with InSAR

The California Aqueduct, spanning over 700 miles, is crucial for transporting water across the state. In collaboration with government agencies responsible for water management, 3vG conducted a comprehensive analysis of displacement caused by groundwater extraction in the Tulare Lake Basin. The project aimed to detect large-scale displacement along the aqueduct and identify localized subsidence regions that could potentially impact its integrity.
