The Calarasi County Council and Polski Trambesh Municipality encountered significant challenges in addressing flood risks and responding efficiently, primarily because they lacked a flood forecasting and early warning system. This project is dedicated to the implementation of a comprehensive system designed to bolster resilience and facilitate proactive measures to mitigate potential flood events in the region.
