    Project Details

Centene Corporation embarked on a significant expansion of its downtown Clayton campus, comprising a 600,000-square-foot office tower and a 550,000-square-foot parking garage. Clayco, a top design-build company, was entrusted with the construction contract. The project, valued at USD 770 million, demanded uncompromising quality control and adherence to design specifications. To meet these requirements, Clayco's Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team implemented laser scanning technology to validate existing conditions, monitor foundation wall embeds, ensure concrete core alignment, and assess the accuracy of MEP systems' installation.
