    Project Details

TruePoint was engaged to provide 3D laser scanning services for a significant renovation project of a 200-room hotel in downtown Toledo, Ohio. The developer planned a USD 30 million investment to modernize the facility. The renovation required accurate data on the existing conditions of the building, which included the exterior elevation, basement, main lobby level, 2nd floor, and elevator shaft—covering more than 30,000 square feet across a 19-story structure.
