TruePoint was tasked with 3D laser scanning four existing hotels in the Dayton and Cleveland, Ohio area for renovation purposes. The client required as-built documentation of the common areas, guest rooms, meeting rooms, and offices. Deliverables included 2D floor plans of the architectural and structural elements of the hotel interiors. The scanning captured over 600,000 square feet of space in total, providing essential data for the renovation planning.
