    Project Details

Bader Field, located in New Jersey, USA, served as the first airport where the term "airport" was coined. However, after ceasing commercial operations in the 1990s and closing permanently in 2006, the site underwent various transformations, including hosting events, training sessions, and community initiatives. The Atlantic City Office of Emergency Management, led by Fire Chief Scott Evans, initiated a project to fully digitize and vectorize the disused airfield using PIX4Dsurvey. The aim was to provide up-to-date and detailed information about the site's layout for infrastructure maintenance, training planning, event organization, and construction tracking purposes.
