TruePoint was tasked with creating an as-built model of a multi-use building structure comprising six stories of parking garage, two floors of retail space, and eight levels of office space. The project had changed hands during the development phase, and the new construction management firm had no existing drawings. The building was in various stages of completion, requiring the new CM to verify and document the percentage of completion for all disciplines. By utilizing TruePoint’s laser scanning services, the client received an as-is model of the entire interior and exterior of the structure.
