TruePoint was tasked with capturing the interior and exterior structural components of a recently purchased retail space that was set for repurposing. The scope included detailed scanning of the floors, ceilings, walls, doors, windows, structural elements, and MEP systems. The project resulted in a design intent LOD 200 Architectural, Structural, and MEP Revit model to assist the client in planning the renovation.
