The Chesapeake Bay watershed, spanning multiple states and hosting millions of residents and diverse wildlife, faces pollution challenges from urban and agricultural sources. To meet environmental goals, College Township in Pennsylvania initiated a stormwater management program to prevent pollution from reaching the Chesapeake Bay.
