    Project Details

    Led by OceanAlpha and commissioned by the National Oceanic Administration, this project integrated an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) equipped with a multibeam echo sounder (MBES) alongside advanced navigation systems to navigate complex waters and capture intricate underwater topography. Through meticulous planning, real-time monitoring, and precise data processing, this initiative not only overcomes challenges of shallow depths and rugged terrain but also presents a blueprint for efficient and cost-effective marine surveying solutions. The resulting high-resolution bathymetric data promises invaluable insights for coastal management, navigation safety, and environmental conservation efforts, exemplifying the transformative potential of geospatial technology in maritime exploration and resource management.
