Commissioned by ARUP and the Environment Agency, Storm Geomatics aimed to update the fluvial flood risk model of Lincolnshire's Lower Witham area. It employed innovative surveying equipment, remote sensing data, and hydraulic modeling software to map extensive river channels, flood defenses, and pumping stations across diverse terrains. Despite challenges posed by adverse weather conditions, the project was completed on time, delivering accurate results and enhancing the region's resilience against future flooding events.
