Lines 1 & 2 within the Riyadh Metro network are integral segments of a comprehensive six-line metro system, spanning a total distance of 176 kilometers across the city and featuring a network of 85 stations. The scope of work for Lines 1 and 2 encompasses a detailed approach to structural, architectural, and transit system design, in addition to overseeing the construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

The BACS consortium held the responsibility for the production, installation, testing, and commissioning of all components related to both the transit systems and the civil infrastructure. Leveraging their extensive expertise in engineering, geospatial and infrastructure analytics, as well as modelling, they ensured the successful execution of these critical tasks.
