    Project Details

    The project aims to develop a satellite navigation system called the Korean Positioning System (KPS) for the Korean Peninsula and surrounding areas. The KPS will provide precise and reliable centimetre-level location information, making it a core infrastructure. The project includes the development of the Korea Augmentation Satellite (KASS), a satellite-based augmentation system, and the implementation of the KPS. The KPS will consist of a satellite system, a ground system, and a user system.
