Source: Clark Construction Group, LLC
The Port of Seattle launched a USD 968 million project aimed at modernizing Sea-Tac's facilities and constructing a new International Arrivals Facility (IAF). Leveraging its considerable experience in airport projects, Clark Construction Group was entrusted with the intricate design and construction standards. This encompassed the creation of a three-story grand hall building, a new connecting international corridor, and an 85-foot-high pedestrian aerial walkway.
