    Project Details

As one of the earliest milestones of the AG ImmoWert working group, the completely revised BORIS-D portal, launched at INTERGEO 2022, modernises how official standard land values are provided and used across Germany. At the heart of this digital transformation is the Standard Land Value Model BRM 3.0.0, built in UML and adapted to comply with GeoInfoDok and ImmoWertV 2021. This model defines the data structure and management rules for all land value data, covering object classes, type groups, and attributes. By making standard land values uniformly available in a web-based, free and easily accessible form, BORIS-D not only meets the increasing needs of administration, economy, and science, but also creates unprecedented market transparency for the public and industry alike.
