'Under ITEA- Information Technology for European Advancement, an intergovernmental consortium was formed: PS-CRIMSON (Public Safety and Crisis Management Service Orchestration). The project outcome from the consortium, a platform, focused on public safety and disaster management domains for the city of Vancouver. The data layers that the entire program is made of are: transport, analytics and disaster management. A similar 3D smart city model has been develoed for the city of Eindhoven.
