TruePoint was tasked with capturing the existing conditions of a 2-story college student center. The targeted objects for data acquisition included both the exterior and interior spaces, covering administrative offices, public areas, a cafeteria, kitchen, bookstore, restrooms, and mechanical rooms. The exterior façade also featured a large shade structure facing the campus lake, used as a public gathering space. The total documented area spanned 56,814 square feet. The aim was to create a precise three-dimensional model for renovation planning, overcoming the inaccuracies of the existing 2D floorplans.
