    Project Details

    TruePoint was tasked with scanning a portion of a complex process piping and support structure system at a refinery to create a base model for planning and designing an upgrade to the existing system. The project required capturing intricate details of pipe runs, supports, and tie-ins to ensure that the new system would integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure. The refinery needed to maintain operational continuity, necessitating the construction of a bypass system to divert products during the installation process. This required the new system to be installed quickly and accurately on the first attempt, avoiding any clashes with existing piping that was to remain in place.
