    Project Details

TruePoint was commissioned to perform a 3D laser scan of a recently renovated 40,000 square feet office space on the 6th floor of a building in Cincinnati. The objective was to capture the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) features to produce a precise as-built survey. Utilizing the Leica P40 ScanStation, TruePoint’s scan technician rapidly captured detailed point cloud data of the space. The gathered data was then processed by TruePoint's in-house engineers using ClearEdge 3D Edgewise to create a comprehensive AutoCAD model, providing a clear and detailed representation of the MEP layout.
