    Project Details

TruePoint was engaged to capture the as-built conditions of a historic theatre in Michigan, covering all levels of the 25,000 square foot auditorium, including the stage, seating, floors, walls, interior envelope, backstage rooms, curtain system, attic, ductwork, and mezzanines. The objective was to create an LOD 300 Revit model to assist the theatre owners in modernizing the facility and updating its mechanical systems. Utilizing advanced 3D laser scanning technology, TruePoint's CAD Technicians produced a highly detailed and precise digital representation of the theatre.
