TruePoint Laser Scanning was tasked with providing detailed as-built documentation for a historic building in Fort Collins, Colorado. The building, originally a bar and grille, was purchased by a client who planned to transform it into a mid-sized music venue. Given the age and condition of the building, accurate digital records were nonexistent. Over the years, the structure had shifted, leading to sloping walls and potentially uneven floors. The high-definition laser scanning process captured every detail of the building’s interior and exterior, providing the client with a comprehensive 3D model and detailed drawings necessary for planning and executing the renovation.
