    Project Details

    TruePoint Laser Scanning provided precise 3D laser scanning services for a multi-purpose indoor stadium in Detroit, Michigan. The task was to facilitate the construction of an elevated patio adjacent to the suites by accurately capturing the dimensions of an 18-foot-wide concrete super-column and the surrounding suites. This column is one of two critical structural supports for the stadium's 700-foot by 640-foot roof, designed to provide unobstructed views for spectators. The accurate 3D models created from the scan data enabled the client to design the new patio with confidence, ensuring it seamlessly integrated with the existing structure.
