TruePoint was tasked with scanning a 4-story vacant office building to create a comprehensive as-built survey of the exterior, interior, and MEP spaces. The building, covering approximately 120,000 square feet, included four levels, a basement, and three visible exterior elevations. This 40-year-old structure had no up to date as-built drawings due to its various functions and tenants over the years.
