    Project Details

    The Warsaw Metro, serving Poland's capital, consists of a single north-south Line 1, connecting central Warsaw with its suburbs. Opened in 1995, Line 1 reached full length by 2008. Construction on Line 2, an east-west route, began in 2010, spanning 6.1 km with 7 stations, including a Vistula River tunnel. Swiętokrzyska station links the city center, Central Railway Station, and the National Stadium. Line 2, splitting at Stadium station, is slated for completion and operation by 2015.

    IMG, an Italian company with experience in deformation monitoring systems implementedthe necessary and required deformation monitoring system. IMG is a subcontractor for the AGP Metro Poland consortium.
